This company is a total letdown. I placed an order for a hoodie on 11/22/23, right before Thanksgiving. I opted for express shipping, thinking it would be quick. Their website claims they send an email when the product ships, and it’s supposed to happen within 4-5 business days. Nearly two weeks passed, and still no email. I tried reaching out through their so-called 'live' chat for customer support. What a complete joke. They come off as a bunch of clueless folks. The response I got was just a 'Hi,' followed by some jumbled info that felt like it was from someone living in their parents' basement, not a real company. The customer service rep said, 'Sorry, we got a lot of Black Friday orders.' Last I checked, I ordered before Black Friday even hit. I attempted to contact them 2-3 more times after that, but no one replied in the live chat. The email for customer service bounced back as 'undeliverable.' Plus, the link in the order confirmation to check the status didn’t work. Oh, and the charge on my credit card didn’t even match what was on the order confirmation—it was off by a dollar and some change. Just another reason this company is a bunch of clueless folks. My 'express order' finally showed up about three weeks later. The product looked fine, but was it worth the cash? Absolutely not! I was just trying to check something off my kid’s Christmas list. They’re not officially licensed Travis Scott merchandise. You gotta go to his site for that, which I found out after I’d already paid. Do some digging on how to spot fake Travis Scott merch.

The merchandise from Travis Scott is a total letdown. It doesn't resemble the images at all. Some of the clothes seem like they shrank and got heat damaged. The packaging? Absolutely terrible; my metal lunch box arrived all dented. Shipping takes ages, often a few months longer than what they say. They don’t allow cancellations or give refunds, just store credit instead. My $110 hoodie looks like it was slapped onto a Gildan blank. I had to reach out to my bank since TS.com wouldn’t refund me for the damaged, low-quality, and misrepresented items. Thankfully, my bank came through and I ended up with 5 hoodies for free. I didn’t even want them, but they never gave me a return option. I guess I’ll just consider it compensation for the other damaged, low-quality stuff I got.

I've been hanging tight for more than 190 days for my stuff to get here, even though they said it’d take around 6-8 weeks. They can’t assist me since, supposedly, the items are 'shipped,' but it turns out only a shipping label was made 20 weeks back according to the tracking info...

Has anyone else gotten their items after such a long wait? Or is it true they just don’t come?

I ordered a t-shirt and they claimed it would ship in 6-8 weeks. After waiting 8 weeks, I got an email saying there were delays and it would take another 6-8 weeks to send it out. They also don’t do refunds. Travis Scott is just a pack of nasty fraudsters.

AWFUL experience, I can't suggest this site to anyone for buying. I never received any raffle entries for the shoes, and even as a returning buyer, it's just not worth it. You’re way better off shopping at places with decent customer service.

Just a little heads up! NIKE's May 2022 drop of the TS running shoes branded as CACT.US CORP is a bit of a twist. They ain't using the TS name or the TS CACTUS JACK like they did before with earlier releases. Seems like a strategy to shield the millionaire TS. Think about it: if you’ve got a TS item now worth three times what you originally paid, how can CACT.US CORP increase in value without the same name? It feels more like a new side line or maybe a lower-tier product line.

Travis Scott's got a thing for the younger crowd. I attended his Fortnite concert, and guess what? He didn’t even play his latest track. I’m pretty ticked off. I made a purchase on November 18th and opted for quick delivery, expecting it in about two weeks. By December 6th, I got a shipping notification, but when I checked with FedEx today, my order still shows as 'pending,' meaning it hasn’t even been sent out. I’ve sent nearly 15 emails and haven’t heard back at all. I requested a refund since the delivery window has passed, and I really hope they get back to me. If not, I’ll have to consider legal action. Seriously, steer clear of this place; it’s a scam.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. To start, since we're in Canada, after all the fees and currency conversion, one sweater ended up costing me nearly $300. It was sent out much later than expected, and when it finally got here, it turned out to be a KNOCKOFF. This is not authentic Cactus Jack gear. Just a terrible, terrible website or whatever they claim to be.

This company gets back to you in no time with straightforward communication. The troubling reviews that are poorly written and found here seem to be from folks just looking to vent about something they don’t really care about, which is pretty gross.

It's tough to understand how messed up things are these days. Folks are flocking to see this guy, and they're so hyped that they'd go as far as hurting someone else. It's wild to think he believes he’s done nothing wrong. Seriously, how can you still vibe with his music and celebrate him? What’s going on in this world? And what’s up with this rapper? He’s got some serious issues and really needs to sort himself out.

I forked out $180 for a Travis Scott hoodie x fragment, and they mentioned it would ship in 9-12 weeks, which I figured would be just in time for my birthday. Now, it's been 15 weeks, and I can't even back out of my order. Travis Scott is a terrible dude, and his business practices are just as bad, if you can even label it a business.
